Everybody who voted for Kyle, just watch your back. You know That Ray has been known to be spiteful & vindictive in his non-lucid moments. Remember too, he has a few more months to show how a lame duck can quack. Also, to the commenters & posters who ranted about crime in D5, don't you have a constable named Roberts that is supposed to "patrol" that area? When you talk about law enforcement or the Sheriff's Department, well, you have someone who YOU elected to patrol your area. Oh yeah, he's one of Ray-Ray's good 'ole boys... dare not say anything about him. D5, sneaky snake still lives among you! Oh, & that taking old people to the polls didn't work, Ray, changing parties didn't help you either... LOL.

Chuckles the point here is that there is ALSO a constable that could help out besides just sucking money from Justice Court by serving papers. A constable is much like the Sheriff. He can make arrest, patrol and write tickets but you never see Roberts out patrolling anything. That's why he would have not made a good Sheriff. He is already the law in the county and does nothing along with the rest of the constables. We need working constables. Those are 4 positions that could really do some good in this county but they wont do a thing but serve papers.

You are a very ignorant person. Blame, why yes. Haven't heard the name Constable Roberts in all this name calling, have you??? Well, you may hear a lot more of it because if D5 has had a lot of crime, then he's the more likely person to be "on top" of the situation.... ha ha, you have nothing to come back on that, because it's true! Yes, the Sheriff does patrol the county when there are calls. But the constable is supposed to be on patrol in the district ALL THE TIME!!!!! So off base & out of touch -- kinda like your heros RAY-RAY & Bucky boy!!!

Part of the sheriff's job is to patrol the county, the same way the city police are supposed to patrol the city. You are just another sollie supporter who can't stand any criticism of king billie!!!

Blame for WHAT??? Surely ye jest!!! :D You still have a Constable & his name is Roberts. I think he & Boss Hogg were buddies. You can call him, day or night. He's still on payroll for District 5 & well, that's his job. Sheriff Sollie is, well, doing his ... ummm, ... JOB! You truly are a chuckle a minute, a jester of Bosswell/Roberts court!!! ROFLOL

At least we don't have JRS in office any more. And we don't have Boss Hogg as D5 Stupidvisor or Lobo Sheriff Roberts. I'll chuckle all day too... I so do wish you'd leave this county BOSSWELL.

If you don't think the good ole boy system is among our current elected officials you are blind. I have witnessed it first hand. Kyle is a man of integrity but I can't say that about the others. I current superintendent of education is a joke and so is the board of education. They do not have the children at heart. They are the best at covering stuff that goes on up. The county will regret that move over the next four years.

Mr.Boswell will be gone so leave him alone . Give Kyle a chance to get in office befor you say how he will do his job . People want to talk bad about everyone else .I say clean your own house before worry about anyone else .I have to say I 'm glad MR.Boswell is gone. I agreed with alot of what he did .But it was how he did it I did not like .

Ray Boswell has served his time, not all of it admirable. However, let his term rest and give Kyle Rutledge a chance to prove himself just like Ray got so many years ago. We (I, too, live in District 5) may all be very pleasantly surprised.

Personally, I am embarrassed by all of this trash talk being aired out on the internet. "He who is without sin cast the first stone." I am not a D5 voter, but I do live in Laud. Co. I am not for anyone that is rude or corrupt, but I don't think that any of ya'll that are launching your verbal attacks are any better than the person you are talking about.

If you are not from district 5 you have not had to suffer from Ray Boswell's fits and bad, bad, bad choices. Everytime he opened his big mouth, which was all the time because he has an opinion about everything, always thinks he's right and gets mad if you disagree with him, he embarrassed district 5. As far as "verbal attacks" you are very wrong. These comments are strictly people telling the truth. The way Ray Boswell spoke to Sheriff Sollie was verbal attack and it let the public see AGAIN what a jerk Ray Boswell really is!
