Lauderdale County, Miss. Lauderdale County investigators have charged a second suspect in connection with the deaths of two people found in shallow graves Oct. 10.
Two sets of skeletal remains were discovered buried behind a home on Espey Road.
52-year-old Connie McAllister was charged Tuesday with accessory after the fact of murder. Her bond was set at a total of $200,000.
Carl Wesley Bell, 50, was previously charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
The remains found in the graves are believed to be those of Algene Grant, who had lived at the address where the graves were found, but hadn't been seen for months, and a companion, Aketi Sims Washington, who had been reported missing by her family.
Officials say Bell owned the property Grant had been renting.
