Stabbing Latest

Bond has been set at $210,000 for Tony Boyd. The 25-year-old from Pelahatchie is accused of stabbing his girlfriend, 27-year-old Lenora Gray, at least 22 times Sunday morning. During the ordeal police say Gray was stabbed on many parts of her body, including in her mouth. At the time of the stabbing, investigators say Gray's two young children were at the residence. Gray has since been released from the hospital and is now back at home. Meanwhile, Boyd remains in the Newton County jail.

Iam relieved to hear that this young lady is back home, but the young man that this this horrendous crime should not see the light of day ever again. It seems like he meant to kill her, stabbing someone over twenty times. God meant to spare this young lady for a reason. May God continue to strengthen and bless her and her children day by day.
