A traffic signal at 10th Avenue and 14th Street will change as of 7 a.m. July 30.
Drivers on 14th Street have had the right-of-way at all times, with intersecting traffic on 10th Avenue having to yield.
But the light will again cause all traffic to stop periodically. Drivers should travel with caution in the area.
The signal, across the street from Total Pain Care, will be operational 24/7, beginning July 30.
