The University of West Alabama’s Division of Outreach Services will host a series of evening classes for entrepreneurs Jan. 8 through Feb. 19 in Demopolis.
The university says the classes will teach tools that aspiring entrepreneurs need to start, reorganize, or grow a small business.
The classes are part of Operation Jump Start Business Planning, a program designed to teach participants to set goals, do market research, determine pricing, make the sale, understand and create cash flow projections and write a business plan.
The six-week series begins Tuesday, Jan. 8 and continues each Tuesday and Thursday night through February 19.
Classes meet from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Demopolis Higher Education Center.
The course is free and open to the public. Registration is required by Jan. 5. For more information, contact Joy Wear at 205-652-3665 or email@example.com.
