Administrator Resignation Latest

Kemper County supervisors accepted Marcus Wilson's resignation at their regular meeting this week.

Board president, Johnny Whitsett says the board was surprised when Wilson's announced his resignation last week.

Whitsett says Wilson did not provide board members with a reason.

Next for the board is advertising the opening. Supervisors have not set a date to hire a new administrator.
