Services for Sarah Price Hatcher McMullen will be held Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 11AM at Webb Funeral Home CHapel, Newton with the Rev. Warren Hedgepeth and Rev. Johnny Crosby officiating. Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery with Stepehens Funeral Home of Union in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. McMullen, 95 of Decatur passed away Monday, January 21, 2008 at Guardian Angel Hospice, Inc. in Meridian. She was a Homemaker and a member of Clark Venable Baptist Church in Decatur.

She is survived by her two daughters, Ann McLaurin of Hickory and Anita H. Barham of Jackson; son, Hayes Hatcher and his wife Margie of Pascagoula, MS; twelve grandchildren, Jill Mayes and her husband Billy of Newton, Christian Woods and Jamie H. Thompson and her husband Brian both of Pascagoula, Vicki H. Adams and her husband Leslie, Shelia H. Harris and her husband Melvin all of Mobile, Suzanne B. Griffith and her husband Ron of Jackson, Jeff McLaurin and his wife Katthy of Tupelo, John H. McLaurin, II and his wife Trudy of Tylertown, Tim Hatcher and his wife Shelia of Pascagoula, Stan Hatcher and his wife Becky and Chuck Hatcher and wife Arlene all of Grand Bay, Ala. and Steve Hatcher; nineteen great-great grandchildren; a daughter-in-law Jean Ledlow Hatcher of Grand Bay, Ala.; one brother, Mozell Price of Noxapater; two sisters, Sybil Novell of Pascagoula and Sudie Wells of Noxapator.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Cleveland Hatcher and J.S. McMullen and a son, Charles Hatcher.

Visitation will be 5PM-7PM Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Webb Funeral Home in Newton.

Pallbearers will be Billy Mayes, Jeff McLaurin, Stan Hatcher, Chuck Hatcher, Steve Hatcher, Jack Griffith and Johnny McLaurin.
