Services for Ms. Clora Mae Rigdon will be held 10:00am on Wednesday, April 30 at Milling Funeral Homes Chapel. Rev. Mark McDonald will officiate with burial in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 29 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. Milling Funeral Home of Union is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Rigdon, 88, passed away Sunday, April 27 at Bedford Care in Newton.

Survivors include one daughter, Lucille Savell and husband Jobie of Decatur; two sons, Harold Rigdon and wife Connie of Decatur and Horace Rigdon and wife Ruby of Brandon; 8 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; one sister, Joan Loper and husband Gene of Decatur; three brothers, Curtis Estes of Decatur, James Estes and wife Linda of Decatur, Austin (Tater) Estes adn wife Pam of Dalton, AL.

Ms. Rigdon was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Harold Rigdon and her parents Leavy Austin Estes and Mattie Boutwell Estes, brothers Billy Estes, Adran Estes and Buddy Estes and sisters Mable Estes Rainer, Burnice Estes Simmons and Thelma Estes Vice.

Pallbearers are John Rigdon, Edward Rainer, Bryan Savell, David Savell, Lee Rigdon and Ronnie Estes.

Honorary Pallbearers are James Rigdon, Willie Johnston, Durwood Munn, Michael Loper and Ricky Rainer.
