Services for Mr. Bill May will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Decatur cemetery. Rev. Mark Vincent will officiate. Visitation will be 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Saturday.

Mr. May, 78, passed away at Regency Hospital in Meridian.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathy McDonald and husband Buck of Decatur and Sally Nichols of Picayune; two sons, Dr. Billy May and wife Wanda of Baton Rouge, LA and Bob May and wife Cheryl of Poplarville; nine grandchildren, Shannon Therrell, Jonathan McDonald, Brian McDonald, Lauren McDonald, Aaron May, Lauren May, Katie May, Whitney May and Samuel NIchols; one great-grandson, Braxton Therrell; one sister, Gwen Holley of Laurel; two nieces.

Mr. May was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andy May.

He was a member of Clarke Venable Memorial Baptist Church. He was a pharmacist and owned a drug store in Decatur for several years.

Pallbearers are Brian McDonald, Jonathan McDonald, Aaron May, Wayne Comans, Dr. James Yelverton and Buck McDonald.
