Max J. Williamson

Mr. Max J. Williamson , 73, died Sunday March 15, at Rush Hospital in Meridian. Services will be held Tuesday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Milling Funeral Home Chapel in Union with burial in Neshoba Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Johnny Collins and Rev. Eddie Pilgrim will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 – 9 p.m. Monday March 16 at Milling Funeral Home of Union. Milling Funeral Home of Union in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include: Loving Wife of 54 years: Earnestine Williamson of Union

1 Daughter: Diane Goss and husband Freddie of Union

4 Sons: Danny Williamson and wife Peggy, Tim Williamson and wife Anna, Larry Williamson, and Bobby Williamson and wife Malissa all of Union.

13 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren

5 Sisters: Mildred Spears of Louisville, Willadean Worrell of Drew, Wanda Ray of Forest, Nelda Watts of Louisville, and Myrna Shernock of Rodchester Mills Pennsylvania

2 Brothers: George Williamson, Jr. of Philadelphia Jay Ray Williamson of Magnolia Texas

He was survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. George Williamson, Sr., one son and one grandson – Larry Williamson, Jr., two sisters, and one brother. He will be remembered as a very loving husband, father, grandfather and man. Pallbearers were D.J. Williamson, B.J. Williamson, Max Williamson Jr., Joseph Ray Goss, Kenneth Thompson, and David Deaver. Honorary Pallbearers will be Blake Williamson and Shawn Dobbs.
