Mrs. Tommie “Dee Dee” W. Childers

Graveside services for Tommie W. Childers will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with the Rev. Rhett Payne officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Childers, 91, of Meridian, died Monday, April 27, 2007, in her home.

Survivors include grandson, Thomas Waters and his wife, Christi, of Hurlburt Field, FL; great-granddaughters, Tommi, Sarah and Rachel Waters.

She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 65 years, Robert R. Childers and a daughter, Margaret Ann Childers Waters.

Visitation will be before service from 9:00 to 10:30 am at the funeral home.
