Services for Mr. Carl Joe Terrell will be held 11 am, Monday, June 1, 2009 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Erin Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Rev. James McMillan and Rev. Wesley Landrum will officiate.
Mr. Terrell, 66, of Union, died Friday, May 29, 2009.
Mr. Terrell was a loving father, husband, grandfather, son and brother. He loved to hunt and fish. He also loved Bar-B-Queing. After his retirement from General Motors he enjoyed doing dozier work for the public. Mr. Terrell was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Collinsville. He was a Master Mason and a member of Pinckney Masonic Lodge # 313. and served over 6 years in the Army National Guard. He enjoyed playing dominoes every Thursday night with close friends. Mr. Terrell had a special friend, his dog “Scamp”.

Mr. Terrell was preceded in death by father, John Joe Terrell, Stepfather, Bilbo Whatley, son, Marty Joe Terrell, and infant sister.
