Ms. Ella Sistrunk, 99, of Walnut Grove, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2009 at her daughters residence (1931 Shiloh Rd. Brandon, MS 39042).
Services for Ms. Ella Sistrunk will be held Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 2 pm at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Sebastopol.. Rev. Mike Harper and Rev. Tim Fanguy will officiate with burial in New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, June 5, 2009 at Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol from 6 to 9 pm. Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include:

3 Daughters: Janette Mack of Memphis, TN; Nan Thaggard of Meridian, MS; and Joan Watkins and husband Joe of Brandon, MS.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Ms. Sistrunk was preceded in death by her husband, Morgan L. Sistrunk; two sons, Estill Sistrunk and Nick Sistrunk; two daughters, Audrey Allen and Mildred Germany; two grandchildren, Mark and Vickie Thaggard; and one great grandchild, David Breedlove.

Pallbearers will be Duane Germany, Paul Mack, Steve Mack, Earnie Sistrunk, Sr., Marty Watkins, Ricky Morgan, Earnie Sistrunk, JR., and Tanner Sistrunk.
