Jack F. Bynum

Services for Mr. Jack F. Bynum will be held 2 pm, Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with Rev. Ed Knox officiating. Burial will be in the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Milling Funeral Home of Union in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bynum, 80, of Decatur, died Monday, June 15, 2009 at Rush Hospital of Meridian.

Mr. Bynum was a deacon, former Sunday School Teacher, and former choir director of Beulah Baptist Church. He was a Gideon of The Newton County Camp. He was also a former advertising director of The Meridian Star and editor of the Newton Record. Mr. Bynum served a total of 37 years in the newspaper industry.

Bobby Bynum and wife Brenda of Decatur

Billy Bynum and wife Missy of Waynesboro

2 Daughters:

Jackie Sheehan and husband Ricky of Little Rock Frankie Germany and husband Robert of Union

8 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren

1 brother:

Donald Bynum and wife Verna of Meridian

He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Bynum.

Pallbearers will be Randel Huey, Ricky Harrison, Willam Huey, Haley Snowden, Jimmie Nicholson, and Gary Pinson

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Gideons International PO Box 297 Newton, Ms. 39345.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2009 from 11 am til 2 pm service time at Milling Funeral Home of Union.
