ANNIE MAXINE "MAC" DELAINE, age 66, of the Kinterbish Community of Cuba, Alabama, born to the late Lugusta and Ethel Larkin Delaine, passed at her residence April 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Services of remembrance will be held Saturday, April 16, at 12:00 noon from Zion Hill Baptist Church, Cuba. Rev. Jimmy E. Johnson will deliver the eulogy; Rev. C. Wayne Davis is pastor. Interment follows in the Deliane Family plot of Cagus Cemetery. "Mac" will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time. The funeral cortege leaves from the Delaine family residence at 11:40 a.m. Saturday morning. Visitation is scheduled Friday evening (April 15th) from 3-6:00 p.m. at the Weatherly Chapel.
Those left to cherish precious memories of "Mac" are: one brother- Earnest T. (Loueessia) Delaine, Riverdale, Ga., five (5) sisters- Orcie L. Delailne, Bessemer, Ala., Viree (Dennis) Bivans, Windsor, Ct., Cecola Delaine, College Park, Ga., Mary R. Coleman, Cuba, Ala., and Jerry L. (Johnny) Patrick, Whitfield, Ala., four brothers, Giles, John, Charles and Bill preceded her in death. She is further survived by a special grand niece, Da'jah Patrick and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends whom she loved and who loved her dearly.
