Funeral services for Catherine Pearl Landrum, 81, of Butler were held Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 2 P.M. at the Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Harrell officiating. Burial followed in the Butler City Cemetery. Visitation was at the church from 12:30 until 2 P.M. prior to the service.
Mrs. Landrum passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS. She was retired from Vanity Fair.
Survivors include sons William R. “Buddy” Landrum (Peggy) of Toxey; Russell Landrum of Toxey; daughter JoAnn Minus (Mann) of Livingston; brother James Earley of Semmes, AL; sisters Barbara Jenkins of Winnsboro, TX; and Patricia Williamson of Chickasaw, AL; grandchildren Heath Landrum, Chase Landrum, Trae Minus, Taylor Minus, and Catie Landrum; great grandchildren Catie Minus, Carlie Minus, Conner Minus, and Courtney Minus.
She was preceded in death by her husband George Landrum and parents Roy and Annie Earley.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Huckeba, Nelson Watkins, Phillip Tyson, Henry Lovette, Carl Ray Jackson, and Brian Skinner. Honorary Pallbearer was Harry Tyson
