Services for Irene Hogue Smith of Union will be held at Rock Creek Baptist Church Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.Rev. Wayne Stockstill and Rev. Mark Copeland officiating.

Ms. Smith,60, died Saturday July 28, 2012 at Rush Hospital.

Survivors include: Four Daughters: Patricia Ward of Union; Elizabeth Putnam of Sebastopol; Linda Holton and husband Michael of Lake; Betty Ann Mayes and husband Justin of Decatur

Two Sons: James Russell and wife Patricia of Union; Eugene Smith and wife Heather of Union

Mother: Merlene Hogue

22 Grandchildren

Five Great Grandchildren

Two Sisters: Cindy Collins of Union; Janice Griffin and husband Junior of Union

Two Brothers: Tommy Hogue and wife Kathy of Meridian and Ricky Hogue and wife Wanda of Meridian

She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews

Ms. Smith is preceded in death by her father Leroy Hogue; one grandson Timothy Ward; one son-in-law Bryan Putnam.

Visitation will be held at Rock Creek Baptist Church Monday July 30, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
