Funeral services for Margaret Carrazza Brady will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, January 17, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Ron Gilstrap and Rev. Gary Felton officiating.
Burial will be in Newton County Memorial Gardens.
Newton County Funeral Home South, 100 Old Highway 15 Loop, Newton, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Brady, 81 of Newton, died Friday, January 14, 2011 at Regency Hospital.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a long-term resident of Congregate in Newton. Known to her friends and family by many names including Momma, Meme, Maggie, and occasionally Hollywood; she was always the life of the party, and loved spending times with friends and family.
Daughters: Ginger (Joe) Way, Decatur, MS and Patricia (John) Tannehill, Sumrall, MS Sons: Albert "Bubba" (Mary) Brady, Harrisville, MS and Joseph Brady, Washington, D.C. 8 Grandchildren 10 Great-Grandchildren Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins
She was preceded in death by:
Husband: Albert Brady Parents:Adelmo Carrazza and Blanche Dellalio Brother: Raphael Louis Carrazza Sisters: Louisa May, Marcella Hazelton, Catherine Tarver, Mafalda Ross, and Mary Elizabeth Carrazza
Pallbearers will be Stephen Brady , Ben Bond, Matt Cheatham, Ben Gerrard , Blair Casey, Jeremy Baggett, Brian Kowalski, and Mike Ward
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Robert Munn, Clyde Mann, and John Tannehill
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 16, 2011 from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
