Funeral services for Brad Dewayne Irby will be held Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Shiloh Bapt. Ch. with Rev. Gregory Baylor officiating.
Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Irby, 28, of Meridian, died Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Rush Hospital.
Visitation will be Monday, December 10, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home and one hour prior to service at the church.
