Services for Mr. William E. "Billy" Harrison will be held at 2:00pm Friday, December 28, 2012 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel with burial in The Church Of God Cemetery at Reid Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm Friday until the time of service at the church. Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol in charge of the arrangements.
