Mrs. Annette Ozborn Fulton, 78, a resident of Philadelphia, Mississippi will be held at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 2:00pm. Interment will be in the Union CIty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00pm Friday at the funeral home in Union.
