Services for Ms. Debra Nopper will be held 2 pm, Friday, May 6, 2011 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery in Scott County. Rev. Gary Adams will officiate.
Ms. Nopper, 54, of Union, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Hilltop Nursing Home.
Debra Ann Hooks Nopper was born on April 4th, 1957 in Vicksburg, Ms. She attended high school at Magnolia Academy in Jackson. She was also a Small Business Owner and Secretary. Her parents: Seth Drane Adams & Annell Burkes Adams.
Survivors: Father, Seth Drane Adams of Newton, MS. Son, William Seth Cheeks of New York, Daughter, Farah Rose Nopper Pitts of Jackson, MS., Step Sister, Barbara Anne Higbie of Ocala, FL She was preceded in death by her biological mother, Maxine Hooks in 2002, and one brother, Alexander Hooks, in January, 2007; and by her adopted mother Annell Burkes Adams in March, 1983.
Pall Bearers: Baine Adams, Jim Adams, Danny Burkes, Thomas Whinery, Carter Whinery, Allen Menchew , James Adams.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Milling Funeral Home of Union in charge of arrangements.
