Wanda Wilson

Funeral services for Wanda Wilson, 81, of Livingston will be held Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. at the Livingston First Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Prystup Gardens at 208 Church Street in Livingston. Visitation will be Friday, August 9, 2013 at the Livingston First Baptist Church from 5 to 6:30 P.M.

Mrs. Wilson passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at her residence in Livingston. She was a former resident of Chattanooga, Tennessess. Mrs. Wilson attended Missionary Ridge Elementary School, Brainard Jr. High School, and Central High School. She was employed by Provident Life Insurance Company in the Actuarial Department. Mrs. Wilson attended Brainard Baptist Church and St. Elmo Avenue Baptist Church. She currently attended Livingston First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents Stanley Joseph and Dorothy M. Prystup, infant daughter Dorothy Cole Wilson, brother Robert E. Prystup, sister Louise P. Brown and other close family members.
Wanda married Robert H. Wilson on November 23, 1950. They had four daughters.

Survivors include her husband Robert Harold Wilson of Livingston; daughters Mrs. Janice Wilson Whittemore (Robert) of Dunkirk, NY; Mrs. Jane Wilson Bradley (Craig) of Roanoke, VA; Mrs. Juley Wilson Rutherford (Todd) of Livingston, AL; brother Mr. J. Leslie Prystup of Livingston, AL; and sister Mrs. Mary Jo Ulrich of Riverside, OH; Grandchildren Mrs. Kathryn Whittemore Mason (Ahsley) of Lynchburg, VA; Mr. Jeramey W. Bradley of Bozeman, MT; Mrs. Stacey N. Bradley Vaux (Nick) of Seend, United Kingdom; Cole Rutherford of Livingston, AL; Great Grandchildren Kandi Mason and Xander Mason of Vega C.A. and other nieces and
nephews.

Pallbearers are Craig Bradley, Robert Whittemore, Todd Rutherford, Jeramey Bradley, Cole Rutherford, and J. Leslie Prystup. Honorary Pallbearers are James Emory, James McGahey, Lee Bracknell, Stephen Bracknell, Solomon Sunday School Class of Livingston First Baptist Church, and caregivers Laura Hines, Mamie Long, Ossie McCorkle, and Josephine Johnson.
