Whats up with this, "BLACK" in the headlines. You couldnt find a better word to use in the headline to describe the story. Some people just dont get it.

Appointments should be made by qualification, not the color of one's skin, There are good people in every skin color as well as bad.

WTOK, WhAT IS WRONG WITH THE TITLE OF THIS STORY???? What do you mean "Appoints Black"? If Black is not the man's last name, I think you need to correct yourself. This title is very negative the way it is written; unless it is the person's last name.
