Major Bong Apple Pie/Cake

Try this delicious fall dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 chopped unpeeled apples
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

    Directions

    1. Mix together sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.



    2. In a smaller bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Once mixed, add to the above mixture.



    3. Stir in apples and nuts.



    4. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 inch pan.



    5. Bake at 350° for 50-55 min. or until cake tests done.



    6. Invert cake and serve bottom as top.
