Try this chicken scampi before time scampers away.
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
2 full chicken breast, cubed and boiled
3 roma tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cup white wine
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
10 oz. cooked pasta
1. Oil pan, add garlic and chicken. Saute until warm.
2. Add tomatoes and onions. Saute until soft (about one minute).
3. Add wine and herbs and reduce by half.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Toss with pasta.
