Ingredients
2 lb. bag frozen potatoes, cubed potatoes
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cans mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, grated (optional)
Grated cheddar cheese for topping
Parmesan cheese (sprinkle on top of cheddar cheese)
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients, except cheddar and parmesan cheese, and pour into a casserole dish.
2. Bake at 350° for 60 to 90 minutes, until the sides are bubbling.
3. Top with cheeses and put back in the oven until cheese is melted.
This is a great side dish with ham, and the dish can be prepared in about 10 minutes.
