Ingredients
12 oz. can black beans
Spicy cheese
Pinch of cumin
Sour cream
Lettuce
Directions
1. Drain black beans.
2. Scatter top with spicy cheese and a pinch of cumin.
3. Bake beans and cheese for 10-15 minutes at 375°.
4. Spoon sour cream over the top.
5. Sprinkle with fresh lettuce.
