Ingredients
Chicken wings
1 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. Cajon seasoning
Directions
1. Blend flour ingredients together well. Clean chicken wings in cold water.
2. Dredge through flour mixture and deep fry at 350° for approximately 12-15 minutes.
3. For a thicker breading, dredge through buttermilk before dredging through flour.
