1 (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese

1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Large container whipped topping

2 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice drained)

1 small pkg. shredded coconut

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl in the order given and refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
