Ingredients
2 cups steamed broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
2 cups baby carrots
2 cups cherry tomatoes
Black olives for garnish
1 cup reduced-calorie Italian dressing
Directions
1. Pour dressing over veggies.
2. Marinate overnight.
3. Drain marinade from veggies.
4. Arrange on platter. Garnish with black olives.
5. Serve chilled.
