Pots de Creme

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. chocolate chips, pulverized
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1/2 tsp. rum (optional)

    Directions

    1. Heat eggs, sugar and coffee in a pan. Add to chocolate in blender and blend well.



    2. Pour small portions into glasses.



    3. Chill overnight.



    4. Serve with whipped cream.
