1 Italian baking shell
1 can cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat
3 ccup frozen or fresh vegetables
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. chicken strips, cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat
Garlic powder, oregano leaves, spices to taste (optional)
1. Stir fry vegetables in oil until hot but crisp tender.
2. Spread cream of mushroom soup onto crust. Toss cooked veggies on top of soup and then spread chicken on top.
3. Then sprinkle cheese on top of whole pizza and spices to taste. Bake in a 350° oven for 8 - 10 minutes or until chicken is warm and cheese is melted.
