2 cups Teriyaki Glaze, (already mixed from the store)
8 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Yellow Bell Pepper - Large Chop
1 Green Bell Pepper - Large Chop
8 Large Mushrooms
2 cups Cooked Rice
1. Marinate beef in a teriyaki glaze overnight.
2. Assemble kabobs alternating vegetables with beef until full.
3. Bake kabobs in a 350 ° oven for 20-25 minutes brushing the meat and vegetables every five minutes with marinade.
