1 lb. fish fillets, flounder, haddock, etc.
Vegetable cooking spray
1 (6-8 oz.) carton plain non-fat yogurt
1/4cup grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 T. dried
1 - 2 Tbsp. chopped spring onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic
1. Arrange fillets in a 13x9x2 baking pan coated with cooking spray.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and spread mixture evenly over the fish. Bake at 375° for 12 - 15 minutes.
