Pinch of pepper
1 Tbsp. fine herbs (cherril, chives, parsley)
2 Tbsp. goat cheese
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 tsp. clarified butter
1. Heat pan and add butter.
2. Beat eggs and cream. Add to pan and season.
3. Move vigorously until eggs begin to set.
4. Fold lip over and invert onto a plate.
