An energy packed after-school snack.
Ingredients
1/2 lb. sunflower seeds
1/2 lb. pumpkin seeds
1/2 lb. (1 cup) raisins
1/2 lb. (1 cup) banana chips
1/2 lb. almonds or walnuts
1/2 lb. carob chips
3 cups shredded wheat
Directions
1. Mix together in large bowl, then put into small Ziploc bags for hearty snacks.
