Beef (beef eye steak is the best, but the rib eye steak is less expensive)
Red and green peppers
Red and white onions
1. The shrimp should marinate in Italian dressing overnight.
2. Season the beef with seasoned salt, pepper and garlic. The meat needs to marinate in this seasoning anywhere from three hours to overnight.
3. Start putting ingredients on the skewer, in any order. Fill the skewer to the top. Cook it over moderate heat, around 250 °.
4. If on the grill, close the lid. After 20 minutes, turn the kabob. Spread ranch dressing over the kabob. Close the lid again and let it continue to cook until done.
