Ingredients
Elk London Broil Strawberry Glaze
3 tsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. strawberry preserves
Garlic powder to taste
Parsley flakes
Smoked Pork Chop Pineapple Glaze
Juice from one 20 oz. sliced pineapple
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. corn starch
Directions
Elk London Broil Strawberry Glaze
1. Mix all ingredients and cook until melted together.
2. Elk London Broil needs to be basted with butter only before grilling.
3. Then continue basting with strawberry glaze until doneness of meat desired is reached.
Smoked Pork Chop Pineapple Glaze
1. Whip all ingredients with a whisk until well mixed. Heat to boiling.
2. Baste smoked pork chops with glaze until chops are heated throughout.
