Roasted Peanut Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to blender cup food processor bowl. Blend in mixer or food processor until blended.



    2. Serve over chicken, shrimp, and salad greens, spinach greens or as a dipping sauce.
