Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Diana's Marinara Sauce
1 medium can puree
1 medium can crushed tomatoes or diced
2 12 oz. cans tomato paste
1 clove fresh garlic ( browned in olive oil )
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup parmesan
1/4 tsp. parsley
3 Tbsp. sugar
24 oz. water
Directions
1. In medium mixing bowl add ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. In small bowl whip together milk and eggs. Add to ground beef and combine.
3. Take approximately depending on the size you want your meatballs to be and roll into ball. Place meatballs into large skillet over medium heat until all sides are browned.
Marinara Sauce
1. Add all marinara ingredients and meatballs in crock pot and simmer on low for six hours for the best flavoring.
