Ingredients
Pounded pork tenderloin
Bacon
Stuffing
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
14 cup diced carrot
Beef Stock
Chef's Seasoning
Flour
Directions
1. Roll pork tenderloins around stuffing.
2. Wrap bacon strips around tenderloins.
3. Roll in flour and sauté until bacon is cooked.
4. Remove tenderloins and add vegetables to sauté pan.
5. Add flour to thicken mixture then add beef stock to complete the sauce.
6. Pour sauce over tenderloins and enjoy!
