Good Morning Meridian welcomes Robin Johnson into our kitchen for blueberry season!
1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
3 cups blueberries
1/4 cup sugar, sprinkled over blueberries (optional)
1 yellow, white, or yellow-butter cake mix, poured over ingredients
2 Tbsp. sugar, sprinkled over (optional)
1 cup pecans, chopped and sprinkled on top
1. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
2. Put ingredients in pan as listed above, pineapple, blueberries, sugar, cake mix, sugar and pecans
3. Do not stir. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
