Ingredients
Conte's Grouper Filet
6 oz. grouper filet
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Aioli Sauce
3 roasted red bell peppers
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 clove whole garlic
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, heavy
Salt and pepper
Directions
Filet
1. Salt and pepper filet to taste.
2. Sear filet in a hot pan 2-4 minutes on each side.
Aioli Sauce
1. Combine all ingredients, except oil.
2. Slowly add oil.
3. Chill for six hours.
