Ingredients
Mixed greens - 2 cups
Prime rib - 8 oz
Blackening spices - 1 T
Blue cheese crumbeled - 2 T
Blue cheese dressing - 2 T
Tomato - 1
Cucumber - 1
Black olives - 4
Fried onions - 1
Jicama - 1 oz
Directions
1. Toss greens with blue cheese and dressing garnish with veggies.
2. Season prime rib and sear. Place on top of salad.
3. Top with crisp onions
