Ingredients
2 lb. carrots (canned or frozen)
1 small green pepper
1 purple onion
1/4 cup salad oil
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. Prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Slice and boil carrots until soft. Drain. Make marinade with remaining
ingredients.
2. Pour over carrots and refrigerate. Will keep in refrigerator
for several days.
