Granny Smith apples, juliene
Sliced almonds, toasted
Flour, to dredge salmon in
Lemon/ lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1. Pan sear salmon.
2. Dredge salmon in flour, on medium high heat sear salmon in olive oil.
3. After turning, add apple juliene to pan, add white wine and lemon juice.
4. Let reduce, then add toasted almonds and butter.
5. Finish with salt and pepper and serve with potato cakes.
