Filet of Salmon With Apples and Toasted Almonds



  • Filet of salmon
  • Granny Smith apples, juliene
  • Sliced almonds, toasted
  • Flour, to dredge salmon in
  • Lemon/ lemon juice
  • Whole butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • White wine
  • Olive oil


    1. Pan sear salmon.

    2. Dredge salmon in flour, on medium high heat sear salmon in olive oil.

    3. After turning, add apple juliene to pan, add white wine and lemon juice.

    4. Let reduce, then add toasted almonds and butter.

    5. Finish with salt and pepper and serve with potato cakes.
