Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, leaves, chopped
1 tsp. brandy, almaden
1 clove garlic, fresh, peeled and minced
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
Sea-fine salt to taste
Pepper, white whole corns, to taste
1 each green, red, and yellow pepper, roasted, seeded, diced
1.5 lbs. napa cabbage, washed and shredded
2 cups crab meat, jumbo lump
1 tomato, diced
Directions
Dressing
1. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, tarragon, cognac, garlic, curry and the tobasco.
2. Adjust the seasonings.
Salad
1. Toss the roasted peppers, cabbage, crab meat, and the tomatoes together.
2. Adjust the seasonings.
