3 apples (sliced)
1 cup carrots (sliced)
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1. Stir fry onions Add carrots to stir fry. Remove vegetables from pan when tender.
2. Cook apple slices about 2-3 minutes until sauced.
3. Put vegetables back into pan and add orange juice, nutmeg, brown sugar and salt (if desired).
